Had a great time at Jade Salon. They are very kind and service was quick. I got a trim with Kristen who was very accommodating and did a great job cleaning up my ends. I have wavy hair and I could tell she has expertise on how to take care of wavy/curly hair. They really push for their own products to be used. Besides that, would recommend the salon overall.

A very clean, professional, and relaxing salon experience. The best I’ve been to. Kristen is great! She’s very talented, personable, kind, and offers great customer service. Pretty expensive, but worth it!! Everyone there is so sweet and they happily provided a gender-confirming haircut so I’m happy to say they’re LGBT+ friendly. I was able to get in next day for a cut which was awesome. The salon is very clean and modern and the staff are very nice. Unfortunately my haircut did not turn out anything like the photos I had shown my stylist. There is a pretty noticeable line across the back of my head where a layer is. I’ve had layers before none have ever been so distinct. Overall not what I was as expecting for a $110 haircut.

My hair stylist was Amanda. She was very friendly. Amanda offered insight into what length my hair could work with, so I went with just above my shoulders. She listened when I requested long layers for my thick, coarse, and wavy hair. Definitely recommend!
