Jesica has been doing my hair and makeup for years and I can not appreciate her enough!! She is a blonde specialist, my hair color and health is the best I’ve ever seen it. I love the atmosphere and the staff at jade salon, I always look forward to my next appointment. Rosita, the lash extension tech also does an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend Jade Salon

I’ve been going to this salon for years and love how my hair comes out. However their customer service is awful. I would often wait 30+ minutes past my appointment with no apology for being late. I had an appointment, and when I got there the door was locked. I called and apparently one of the staff could not come in and didn’t notify me about it. I was not the only one, there were two other customers waiting outside. Completely unacceptable. My real issue is that I spent money on gas, parking, and wasted my time.

Glad to discover another place in downtown Somerville. It was my first time here and I was really pleased with the results. I got a cut and (desperately needed) color with a few highlights. I noticed several clients from their 20s to 50s who also got hair color or foils while I was there…they all came out really pretty with believable results. I appreciated that my hairdresser took the time to explain what she was doing and gave me suggestions on style and color to work with my hair texture. At least one hairdresser there is bilingual which could be a plus for some readers. Would definitely recommend this salon!

I had Jessica and she was so nice and accommodating. When I went outside, I realized the color we did was lighter than I expected and she did not hesitate to let me come back in THE SAME DAY. She toned it and it looks great. She was so nice and had no problem doing everything to make me happy. I am very pleased with this business and will be going back for sure!!!!
