The pedicure was perfection, however they should not do acrylic nails at this salon! They do not ask or listen to your preferences, they rush your service, and unless you want ridges of acrylic all over your cuticles that snag and pull your hair out every time you wash your hair then I wouldn’t recommend any acrylic services! My sister had 3 nails pop off next day, disappointing and a waste of our hard earned money!

This was my first time going here and it will be my last. In all my years of doing my nails this is the worst service and work i ever got done. Talk about a totally waste of money. my nails are messy and sloppy. Lack neatness and glamour…just poorly done. the guy who did my feet needs to be locked up for a poor job. He did not scrub or clean my feet and toes. All he did was wash them off with soap and warm water. You could tell in his attitude and body language he was not into doing this to the best of his ability. Total disappointment . Stay away from this shop. The sad part is it doesn’t seem like they wanted my business. My mom was there too and this was the same for her.

Please if I could rate a zero star I would, let me start by saying me and my friend chose this place randomly because everywhere we have gone never satisfied us, so we were trying to find a permanent home. Coming here without looking at reviews which I should have. I was excited. I got my nails done by a lovely lady keep in mind she did good nails but It was definitely the products that’s they use here that is the problem. I got my nails done around 4:30 but they close around 5 on a Sunday. Around 6:30 I notice my nails started to chip and they were already closed so I could not go back, on top of the fact that they were closed Monday. So I called today 3/1/2022 and let them know the problem and requested a refund, I spoke to the “owner” MIKE. He granted the refund over the phone took my name and about a hour later I showed up. When I got there he stated that he only offered to do my nails again. But I don’t understand how you grant a refund but when I show up. You claim that I lied. He made a scene in front of multiple customers and was talking about me to his customer which was very unprofessional. But then He claimed that I was being unprofessional, How though if I’m the client/customer. I payed $58 for some nails to chip less then 24hrs and he offered me a $30 refund. LOL. On top of that he told me in order for me to get the refund at all I had to take my nails off and when I tell y’all this man charged at me like he was going to yank my hand and cut the nails. Which definitely scared me. He also asked me to read the sign and told me “I understand English read” which I find very uncalled for. Over all I waisted my time and left with a refund. Please i hope you consider what I’m saying and don’t waste your time like I did. You probably saved more time reading this then going over there!

Wanted to try a new place that doesn’t file my nails until i bleed.. they did good, except after only a few days i had to get a nail fixed after it peeled off.. and after a week, everything just started peeling off. not coming back, i will just save me the money and do them myself.
