I genuinely don’t recommend going to this place at all.. I paid $35 just to get my toe infected and the lady doing the service was hurting me the entire time. I was excited to try out a new place and even though I thought from the start it was a little pricey, I hoped it’d be worth it but it wasn’t. Don’t come here! Pedicure

first of all worst experience of my life, the older lady was upset or something or in a rush she did my pedicure so fast in lightning speed. first of all once she started scrubbing my feet so hard with the brush i knew it was over. i asked her to please not cut my toe nails and she scrubbed my feet so hard and fast i asked her if she was in a rush to go somewhere because i could not believe my eyes and it hurt. she proceeded to wrongly cut my nails and peeled the nail back instead of towards her and i told her it hurt. she kept cutting my toe nails and i again told her not to. she brushed my toes again and threw everything in the water where my feet soak. all so she could sit next to my guest and i start doing her own pedicure during business hours with people waiting in the front for shellac refill!!!!! so what was the rush to finish my toes so fast? she could gently scrub hers during business hours as the owner next to us? i could not believe my eyes. i called the next day to talk to the manager….turns out she is the owner. worse part the employee told us they have gotten complaints that she is very rough. will never go back. they don’t care if they see she is being rough with peoples toes and have gotten other complaints and bad reviews with her pedicures why is she still being allowed to do them? people risk getting an infection or something worse with improper cutting. worse part is the owner that does the pedicures is the one responding to the reviews “sorry we will train better, please call us to fix this” but they don’t fix it and she is still doing them today! at least do not get your pedicures with her (older lady) she is rough and does not care. read the other reviews she is VERY ROUGH AND AGGRESSIVE WITH HER PEDICURES BEWARE!
