Back story, I have a nail condition, that sends bumpy ridges down the center of some of my nails. Jade Nails was the only place who offered to buff the ridges down to smooth my nails. This place is amazing! Because there is so much competition in Centerville, given there is a nail salon every mile in this city, there are a few things I think salons have to perfect in order to differentiate themselves from competitors, and this differentiates its self beautifully. The atmosphere is clean, the interior design is warm & comfortable, and the smell of nail chemicals is NOT over powering. The staff are inviting, friendly and know how to communicate effectively with you. Lastly, the price is perfect for the wonderful quality they provide. The staff is extremely friendly and they do an amazing job. Not once did they make me or my friend feel any discomfort while doing our nails. They constantly asked if they were hurting us. They also made polite conversation that’s want forced or awkward. Not to mention they did and amazing job on our nail. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and I recommend everyone to go there.

Got a pedicure here with my mom and had a great time. I loved the foot massage Van gave me as part of my pedicure. The massage is my favorite part and I feel like most places skip over it too fast or just barely rub your feet. I was pleasantly surprised that Van took his time and wasn’t afraid to actually massage my feet! I will be coming back!

Very personable employees. Always take their time and do your nails just right. They also have a lot of patience for young children being in the salon, I’ve brought my daughter here with me a few times, and every time they let her pick out a movie to watch, and help to keep her entertained. Prices are fair. Would recommend Jade Nails to anyone!

She did a nice job on my manicure but due to the language barrier, I didn’t receive what I had asked for. I told her that I wanted to keep the length of my nails and that I did not want gel polish. Well, she immediately started cutting my nails short and I didn’t realize that I had received the gel polish until I tried to remove it (regular nail polish remover doesn’t work on gel polish). I’ve only had a couple manicures in my lifetime which is why I was not familiar with the procedure of applying gel polish or I would have stopped her. Regardless of all this, my nails did look pretty in the end and looked like a professional job.

The owners, “T.” and his wife (I forget her name), are friendly and professional. The space smells inviting– not overpowering with chemicals. There is a 1-in-1-out bathroom. They do take walk-ins, but I recommend making an appointment. When I go there I get a gel/shelac manicure on my natural fingernails. My nails always look good when I leave, and the gel/shelac lasts 2+ weeks like it’s supposed to. They have TONS of colors to choose from. They also do dip/powder manicures; I just prefer gel/shelac. I recommend this place!

He and his wife are the owners of the store and he did my nails since they had a party cancel but he was so patient with me because I didn’t know what I wanted but he gave me sample swatches to go through and made recommendations. I ended up getting medium set with gel and I loved it!!

Awesome experience! Van was wonderful! The shop was clean and neat. I had a mani-pedi and this was my first visit. I did call ahead for an appt, but I called in the AM and they had openings that afternoon. He did say they work mostly on appt. Van was thorough, friendly, and really took his time with me. He did a a REAL foot massage that was so relaxing. He was very doting and always making sure I was comfortable. He was even really helpful in choosing a polish. I’m super pleased with my nails. I’m traveling for work, and intend to come back to the nail salon when I’m in town again.
