Ive been to this place about 5 times and I love their staff. I think they all do their job very well, but some struggle with doing nail art. But Coco, who i think is the owner, is lovely and very talented. Everyone else working there is decent enough for a simple pedicure or manicure, but they lack in design. I once got a bad design from one of the artists here and Coco offered to fix it for me and we scheduled a time to come back and she made my nails look amazing. I definitely recommend just relying on her when it comes to design, but overall the entire staff is fine. If not, you just have to be very specific and let them know the changes you want immediately so they can alter for you. They cant read your mind, so being vocal is very important.

I had a full set done yesterday by Kevin, and he did so great! I’ll be returning, not only do my nails look amazing but he was so fast. Truly impressed. All while maintaining a convo with me. They follow all covid procedures and keep everything changed out/cleaned. Hopefully if your reading these to decide on a place to go, my review can help your decision. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were nice in fitting me in for a basic gel manicure between large groups, but it was a mediocre experience at best. It was quick, impersonal and the manicure was chipping in 2 days! Yes they give you your nail file and buffer to take with you, but I question the cleanliness of the cuticle trimmers and such. I did see them wiping surfaces and such but can’t confirm their other tools. She spent a fair amount of time on my cuticles which she said looked very nice and healthy and now they look pretty rough, but that could also be the fact the gel polish is peeling up some at the cuticle.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have never had my nails done and my daughter wanted hers done for homecoming. We go there for eyebrow wax and have no issues with that. We had her acrylics done and left. We took a closer look when got home and they look unprofessional. Some are too big for her nails and they arent even shaped well. They are lumpy and not smooth. The color was blue and you can see thru them. I called next day as she didn’t want to go to the dance with with them on. She just wanted them off and for me to either paint them or use press ons because they look better. I called and the lady was very rude. She said nails looked fine not fair to go to her dance and then want them off. I said she has not went to her dance yet its tonight and she wanted it to look cute and they do not. She said we reshape but no take off and refund…her nails look fine. Reshaping is not going to help. Very disappointed and will never be back there. A girl did it zero personality and I felt very rushed not enjoyable or relaxing.
