2022 had have by far been one of my most challenging years in business, school, and life. At the end of the year I knew I needed a reset. I booked a Reiki Session with Eve. And honestly it was well worth it! I had what I thought was Reiki before a few years back but didn’t fully sense its benefits and now I understand why. It was because not all specialists are created equal. When I tell you that this experience was like a deep reset that I needed. I fell asleep and woke up feeling as though I had a massage but without the hands and kneading. And after, Eve shared with me the energy my body exuded and that she could sense my body was also very fatigued. I definitely look forward to my next session to maintain the peace, calm, clarity, and balance I felt afterwards! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if this isn’t something you’re accustomed to. She explains everything she is doing before and after which I enjoyed.

Cara has been my massage therapist for many years, and she makes me feel so much better every time I see her. She has helped me through three knee surgeries, hand surgery, chronic lower back pain, and fibromyalgia flare-ups. She’s awesome! I always tell her to “work her magic” on me, and she knows intuitively what type of massage I need for the specific pain I’m having. Cara is always very upbeat, positive, caring, and empathetic.
