Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to get a 30 minute massage after feeling tension in my back for a while. The lady thought it was a good idea to put her feet on my back and walk on me down to my legs. I didn’t realize she was using her feet until I felt her walking down on my legs and heard the walls moving/crack sounds from her touching the wall to balance herself. I thought I was crazy and maybe it wasn’t her feet on me but I couldn’t breathe as well because of her weight so I knew instantly. Told her I wasn’t okay and so she moved on to using her hands. Felt pain as soon as I woke up the next morning and even worse tension in my shoulders. As well as lower back pain from her standing on it. Never coming back as that was unprofessional, sickening and unsanitary. Nobody in their right minds calls that a massage.
