Great customer service. Always excited to come due my hair with great professionals. The owner always gives great advice on hair st home. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy good friend came to this place to get her hair dyed and came the DAY BEFORE to get an estimate of what she was going to get done and to show them what hair color she was going to get and next day (today) she comes in and when they had already bleached her hair they realize OOPS we are actually OUT OF THAT COLOR even though you came in THE DAY BEFORE to show us! Absolutely astounding, do not go to this place unless you want to end up with your hair destroyed and then be offered to get your hair fixed but at EXTRA CHARGE!!
