When I’ve come here in the past I’ve done acrylics on my hands and gel on my toes. AND every time I’ve loved them!! This time I came with three friends, and we all did toes and hands, and regular polish. Day 2 my nails started chipping, the manicure was below average and pedicure she used a hot stone and did not massage my calves. The pedicure was below average as well. I think if you want it done well, you need to pay more money for the acrylic and gel. Would not recommend for a regular polish mani and or pedi.

Definitely a lot of mixed reviews. I agree, this is not the best place for manicures at all. Pedicures are usually average and I leave satisfied! I enjoy their pedicure service (I just do the basic one) but I do think they can get expensive quickly. There are a lot of seats so it is a good place for a group!

After going to Jada Nails for about 10 years – my daughters and I will NOT be going back. We got pedicures and gel nails and it was $500 for three people. Jada more or less forced us to get her new CBD pedicure ($65 each) and the nails looked so awful. We reluctantly went back for a fill for the sets of nails and it was $160 for TWO fills! What a joke! Plus the nails were so awful we ended up soaking them off. Sorry Jada – your ego has gotten the best of you. Maybe you are charging more to pay for your new marble floors BUT we won’t ever be back!

Don’t waste your time and money going here. I got my nails done at Jada nails two days ago and just last night, my nails chipped. The lady that did my nails was done in 15 min. She rushed doing my nails and did a terrible job. Her work station was so dirty and the tools she used looked like they had never been sanitized/cleaned before.

Don’t bother making an appointment, it won’t matter. Walk in and see the wait time for yourself. If it looks busy you should just leave. We made an appointment and sat for 50 minutes waiting in the pedicure chairs.

This place gave a horrible first experience. Firstly, they scheduled way too many people on the same time block that we all ended up standing idle at the entrance for at least 20 minutes past our appointment time while listening to yelling back and forth and scrambling to get to someone as soon as possible and because of this, not only mines, but 2 others next to me has manircures that were completely RUSHED! We waited longer then the actual service took if that helps. Plus, there were women getting pedis done who also commented on the fact that they all were rushed out of there and barely even got their massages! This place clearly stacks appointments to get them in and out the fastest for a turned profit, very unprofessional. As for my personal service, I had a simple manicure done which was rushed and the lady kept knicking my polish, making gashes in them and all she did was slap more polish on in hopes that it’d be easy to cover up but only made it worse! Seriously, my 8 year old could have done my nails better. It’s only day 2 since I’ve had them done and they are chipped everywhere!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!! Go somewhere that will appreciate you and your business and not just rush you out like cattle!

Been coming for ten plus years. Well staffed and efficient. Saving one star because they’re not great about being prompt if you have an appt but that’s not a huge deal. Super clean and sanitary. I get the cbd massage with my mani- pedi’s and lasts for days! The loveliest of workers are here too!
