Awful- how does this place have any good reviews, I don’t know!? I gave this place 2 different tries because it is in my neighborhood and both times I found the staff at the front desk very rude and curt and stylists not talented, and very overpriced for services received Stylist did even dry/blowout my hair. Instead, she passed me onto a teenage looking assisant that took 30 mins to dry just 1/3 of my hair and did a worse job than i do on my own. This is while the stylist

I wasn’t even sure how to describe what I wanted for my hair, but she figured it out – best haircut I’ve ever had, and well worth the money. I wasn’t even sure how to describe what I wanted for my hair, but she figured it out – best haircut I’ve ever had, and well worth the money. Simple haircut with Lauren. Delightful and safe experience. Got text when to come in. Temperature taken at door. I arrived with wet hair and just got a cut. Starting with long COVID hair(2+ inches longer than normal), Lauren had some good suggestions and her cut was great. Highly recommend this salon. People are so friendly and salon is very comfortable.

Jacqui’s Design Group/Salon is hands down the best hair salon I have ever been to! As a walk-in who did not even call in, they seated me at a comfortable waiting area with complimentary water and comfy chairs, and the wait was less than 15 minutes. The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend Gabby Caddy who was super friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and even gave me a little gift for my first visit there. In addition, the price for a dry cut was not bad at all and only $36! I will definitely be returning to this salon. 🙂

I have been going to Kristie for years and she has always done such an amazing job. She does an amazing job with different coloring, and I have never been disappointed by anything she is done to my hair. I have always been scared of getting haircuts and trims because of previous hairdresser’s I have had that have butchered my hair, but with Kristie I trust her 100% when she cuts my hair. She is just the best ever!
