I went to Jacquelyn’s FULL service salon because I had heard so many good things about the salon. My first visit was a pleasant surprise . . . when I first walked in it was very clean, open & airy. It has a friendly atmosphere with several cute displays’ including wigs, hair accessories, scarves, handmade jewelry etc. Everyone in the shop is very friendly & Jackie (the owner) is a very special lady. My hair has gotten very thin over the last years & now I’ve become very self- conscious about it. Several months ago Jackie was trying a new product in the shop; she knew how uncomfortable I was about going out in public feeling like everyone was staring at my bald spots. The product is called “A Topper”, an option for women who have thinning hair to look fuller. I really liked it, it looked great & I felt so much better about myself, but after a time I felt like I had a bird net sitting on top of my head. One day when I was in the shop, in friendly conversation Jackie asked me why I wasn’t wearing my Topper so I told her. Many times Jackie told me she could fix the problem by thinning the hair & reshape it to my satisfaction. She would remind me each time I saw her to PLEASE let her restyle my Topper to my satisfaction. She truly just wanted me to be happy. I made an appointment & went in this a.m. she worked & worked until I was completely comfortable with it, anything less than feeling good wasn’t in Jackie’s plans. She made it work for me. . . . . it looks fantabulous & I left the shop feeling so good about myself. Jackie is a very wonderful lady who cares about people & will do everything in her power to make you feel good & look your best. Thank you Jackie for being such a special person to everyone you come in contact with. Jackie’s shop is the only shop I would honestly give 5+ stars too. You & all the ladies who work for you are real caring professionals.
