If I could rate it negative and have this place shut down…. I WOULD!!!!! Worst nail salon with horrible service. Look at the pictures so you can see for yourself. My sister took my niece to get her nails done for her graduation and this place completely botched her nails. The polish looks like it was done very poorly not to mention how crooked they are and the filing. When the nail salon got asked to fix them, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it they said “They are perfect”. My niece opted out to just having them removed, because if they thought that was perfect I don’t understand what they could possibly fix. The nail salon still had the nerve to tell them they still had to pay for services. Like excuse me, you messed up the nails and are now being removed because of your poor service and still expect them to pay. Never once did they apologize. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever go here again. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!!!!

The young girl that did an EXCELLENT job moved away . Q does a great job too though. Very thorough, and extremely sanitary. They use a new pack of supplies and tools for each customer and they use the big plastic liners for the pedicure bowls.

Tina and Q are AWESOME! They pay attention to detail and really take their time. Other places don’t compare. I find myself correcting other technicians when I go to other places. They set the bar high! My lashes are also awesome! Tina did a great job!

Went in for acrylic nails because they’re open after work (w/o an appointment). Waiting wasn’t a problem, but the finished product was. First, he didn’t push my cuticles back or attempt to clean them up in any way nor did he cut my natural nails down. To make matters worse, the shape & length of the nails are not the same. Not even a week later I had huge gaps where my nail polish ends. I shouldn’t have to fully prep my nails before coming in.

Been here a few times for no chip manicure. Q did my nails every time. They are better, stronger, and last longer than any other time I’ve had a no chip. I am moving soon and so disappointed now that I have found this great salon and will be too far to come to.

Worst place I have ever been to for nails. I went for a full set and by the time Q was done, none of my nails were the same length, the acrylic didn’t cover the entire nail on any of my nails at all, and the facility is extremely dirty. If you are looking for a good place for a better outcome I would recommend Gorgeous Nails in Lyons next to the Mr. Submarine on Ogden.

Tina and Q (and sometimes Tina’s brother, Tony) are METICULOUS with cuticles and nail shaping. I haven’t gone anywhere else for almost 3 years. They are an adorable married couple with a really cute/funny dynamic in the shop, which was just remodeled. I have never had a better no-chip mani. I only go every 3 weeks… the only reason I need a new mani is because the old one is growing out. It has truly never chipped.

I absolutely love coming here. Q is so funny and Tina and the rest of the staff are always so nice. Their no chip mani has always been the longest lasting compared to others. I only go else where when I’m in a tight crunch and really can’t wait…but I always get upset with anyone else’s work.
