Jacqueline is the best!! I found her after going through several hairstylists in this area and she is amazing! She knows color so well, especially blonde and also really cares about the health of your hair too. I also get extensions from her as well and she is so good about matching the color and hiding them. I don’t even feel like I have them in most of the time! Even aside from her work she’s such a bubbly, kind and friendly person in general! Highly highly recommend!

Booked online for an appointment, got a confirmation and 2 reminder emails about my appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 AM, got a text at 10:29 AM that she could not make it with a reason that she and her son were both up last night sick. She could have at least informed me first thing in the morning that she was cancelling. My daughter and husband were already at the salon waiting for her when she texted. How unprofessional!

Jacqueline was recommended to me by a coworker a little over a year ago and I am so glad I found her, she is fantastic! For the first 2 years that I moved to the Dallas area I was still driving 4 hours back to Austin every time I needed to get my hair done which started to be a pain, but I am picky and I was nervous to let anyone else touch my hair….. until I met Jacqueline. She has done a great job and her personality is the cherry on top. She made me feel comfortable right away and is so sweet. Prices are affordable compared to other salons that I have been to and she’s a great stylist. The thing I appreciate about her most is that she will absolutely not let you walk out the door until you are completely happy with the work she has done. Definitely recommend.
