Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recommend Jacky’s Salon. One of my family members had a perm done today. We left and then realized that as their hair was drying, some strands were more straight than curly. So I called and Jacky, the owner, immediately told me to come back so that they could fix it. We went back and the owner had no problem with fixing it. Sure, I didn’t enjoy having to drive back but at least they kindly took care it. I recommend Jacky’s Salon. One of my family members had a perm done today. We left and then realized that as their hair was drying, some strands were more straight than curly. So I called and Jacky, the owner, immediately told me to come back so that they could fix it. We went back and the owner had no problem with fixing it. Critical: ProfessionalismI live near the hair salon so from time to time I will go in there to get a change of color. I always have liked how Sharlotte works, she’s great. Also Jacky always gives great input. As for everyone else they are rude and gossip to much. I went in there and got my hair dyed mahogany and felt so happy with the end result but I got so many unnecessary comments. One of the hair dressers randomly came up to me and said I love your hair color but not your hair. Then 10 minutes later another hairstylist told me she loved how my hair turned out but I need to wear makeup because I’m too pale to pull it off. Both me and my hairstylist just looked at them like what’s wrong with you; seriously I felt like saying who asked you. The same girls been working here for all these years I moved to fox lake 1 hr and 20 and only come to her salon. My mom comes, my.daughters, my friends. Highly recommended..Thank.you girls!!
