Horrible experience, I have natural hair, just wanted a cut and blowout. I left with hair that was chemically treated with something without my permission. My hair was never the same . After a week it still had a weird burnt chemical smell to it. The owner Jackie, did not do this to my hair it was another lady. Never going back their again. If you have natural hair don’t go there.

Horrible experience I went there with nice natural hair and came home with chemically burnt hair. The service was bad. This was a terrible experience. I dod not want to travel to far because I was pregnant and due so I went there and explained that I just needed them to blow out my hair. Whatever they used to wash/condition my hair has completely changed the texture of my hair. I wish I could post pictures to show the difference from before the damage and after. I am now dealing with unusual dryness. IF YOU ARE NATURAL, DO NOT GO HERE!
