Always a great experience here. They can pretty much execute any nail design you have in mind. I would definitely recommend having an appointment as they are always busy but that is because they have become so popular. They are fast and friendly here. Andy is my nail tech but everyone is great!

I have been going to jack and sons nail spa for years now. All are very talented but I do have my handful that I make an appointment with. They have NEVER let me down and have great customer service! Well, I had high hopes for this place based on reviews. It disappointed. Well, the girl who did my mani pedi did at least. She cut me numerous times. My thumb is bleeding as I leave. She was paying about 40% attention to what she was doing. Her communication, meaning telling me where to place my hands, if my pedi was dry and ok to put my shoes back on, etc was non-existent. She just walked away from me when I was done. $60 for this? Nah. Won’t be back here again.

Loved my nails. I waited to write this review because my overall experience was horrible and I didn’t want to just vent, I wanted to write an honest review. I came in with my cousin for an appointment that was scheduled days in advance. My cousin is a regular and referred me. Her nails are always nice so I was excited since this was my first fullset since the pandemic and my Hunny was treating me to a pamper day for my birthday. Long story short, we waited almost an hour after our appointment time, even though we saw people come in after us and sit straight in the chair. Finally they start my full set and my cousin’s pedi. Once my set was done, she told me to sit in the pedi chair. I’m sitting there rolling up my pants and she says sorry, we can’t do it everyone who does pedis left. Now I am upset because I was leaving town and still had things to do. They didn’t even offer to just do a color change or offer a discount for the inconvenience. I was beyond upset. I had a scheduled appointment and they waited until I was seated to tell me I couldn’t receive the service I scheduled. Finally after I went back and forth about the inconvenience, one lady offered to paint my toes. At that point, I didn’t want to spend another dime there knowing that they have no consideration for their customers time nor sympathy for the inconvenience they caused. Again, I loved my nails, but they are unreliable and I will not go back

If you go by appointment you gotta tell them and the name of the person you got an apt with or the person you want. It seems like every employee has a customer that she/he is working on and others waiting for their turn, but they don’t make you wait that long. That’s what I observed and once they took me in, she was rushing trying to get my full set done quickly and I didn’t like that b/c every time this happens, my nails come out with minor flaws. She was doing them quickly b/c she had other appointments. I didn’t noticed the flaws til later on. I felt disappointed but it’s whatever. If only she didn’t rushed, it’ll probably would’ve came out nicer. I love the colour though and I think they still look wonderful.
