Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made a last min apt and they was able to get me in. We had 2 gel nails done. They was crazy busy but had amazing attitudes got us done in a nice time and it wasnt ridiculous pricing. We paid 130 for 2 new sets. Critical: ProfessionalismI called for an appointment. The lady that answered the phone would not give me a set time. She told me she was really busy and to come anywhere between 12:00 to 1:00. I got there around 12:45. All we wanted was 2 kid manicures. When we got there the lady told me that she was still to busy and she could have her sister do the kid manicures in 30 minutes but it would have to be done one at a time. She kept insisting that I leave them there and come back. We just left. I also was not comfortable leaving a 6yr old and an 8yr old alone at the nail salon which she was adamant that I do. I called for an appointment. The lady that answered the phone would not give me a set time. She told me she was really busy and to come anywhere between 12:00 to 1:00. I got there around 12:45. All we wanted was 2 kid manicures. I was going to a Quince and went in at the last minute to this salon. I had my then 5 month old with me and running late. They were super busy that day and could have turned me away since it was past closing hour but they didn’t :). Half way through being done my son started to get fussy and surely the ladies there were very helpful and offered a helping hand with him. They were amazing overall, and have earned my business.
