My wife was warned that the stylist had a history of always being late when she made the appointment. My wife was there at 10AM when the Shop opened but no hair stylist. At 10:10 the girl at the Shop called the stylist who said she was on her way. The stylist apparently lives less then 5 minutes away. At 10:42 I picked my wife up because , STILL NO STYLIST … This is unacceptable . You’d think the stylist would at least call to offer an apology but as of 11:05 , no such call ….
