This is my most favorite place to get my nails and feet done. They make you feel pampered from the moment you walk in so welcoming to walk-ins. I feel like they take good care of their clients. So, I’m not the only one with the negative review. I’ve decided to give them a second chance, because I live near by and I thought that it was a good plan to get my nails done with them. First, I did not felt welcomed, actually the two times that I’ve went there I did not felt welcomed. Second, after I called they did not put my name or time down and I called almost a week before. Surprisedly, I got them done. Finally, a couple days later my “Gel Acrylic Refill” started to chip off. Not the first time that this has happened. I don’t know what they do or use, but I decided not to return again. They need to understand how to be happy and friendly. Also, to realize what they’re doing wrong and fix it.

I went to the salon on Friday by Wednesday my nails were already lifting I called and told them I want my money back or a new set. The lady told me to come in And she’ll replace the ones that are lifting. On top of that the day I was there another client came in just as she was finishing my nails. She began working on the girl without even cleaning the tools I’ll never go back to this salon.

Amazing place! The staff is super friendly. I was having a rough day and came in t as they were closing. They stayed past their closing time to do my mani and pedi. They took their time and asked me about my day. Always happy and smiling. They ended up closing an hour late and let me stay until my nails dried. Great selection of colors!

So the day prior i had the WORST experience at another salon, which brought me to Fingers and Toes to redo my nails. From the moment i walked in i was greeted and made aware of a wait time (i had no appt so i was already expecting one). Then after sitting down one of the regulars proceeded to say nothing but positive things about the place to me. Its a family run, smaller salon. With the husband and wife both doing nails. My experience was nothing less than 5 stars. I will defiently be returning in two weeks (with an appt this time). Will also be spreading nothing but positive things to all my friends.

I got my nails done (white gel manicure) right before vacation on a Thursday and it is now Tuesday and they look horrible. The paint was not done correctly and was on my skin and dried that way! If you took it off the polish on the nail skin the nail polish would come off my actual nails. And the white nail polish now has almost like a black stain on them… ALL OF THEM. Never again will I come here it was such a waste of my money! Didn’t even last me half of a week. Don’t bother with this place I assure you, you will regret it.

Will never go back! I stopped by there for the first time today as I’m not from the Worcester area. From the very beginning the staff was unprofessional in that they had me seated but continued on with their conversation and phone usage. When she finally started she went straight to buffering my nail beds. She didn’t trim my nails, file them, nothing. Then she proceeded to glue on the fake nail tips but right before she tried to apply the acrylic gel powder I asked if she’d push my cuticles back. The woman got flustered with me and said no, it’ll be $10 more… FOR SIMPLY PUSHING BACK MY NAIL CUTICLES. Which is something all nail technications do as a health procedure to prevent fungus from occurring underneath the acrylics. The woman continued to be mad and proceeded to cut off all the nail tips. She then told me she can’t service me since I don’t want to continue without getting my cuticles pushed back. Sorry but I prefer my health over your pockets getting fat with my peoples money. Shame on them!

Everytime I come small services like eyebrows they tell me without fail to come back later. Will not be returning I have been turned down three times for eyebrows saying it was too busy never again. Seems like if you not there to spend big money, small services aren’t important to them. They are greedy, unprofessional and rude.
