My niece and i walked in because we wanted to ask about facials and massages. I asked the lady behind the counter if there might be any openings that day. She replied, ‘No, you’ll have to make an appointment’, loudly with an attitude that made it clear she didn’t want to be there nor did she want to deal with us. We walked in ready to make appointments but were just curious if we would get a lucky same day opening. After her response we just left.

I never experienced this bad of service.. I went to get my eyebrows “cleaned up” and the lady there completely ruined my eyebrows! They are so thin and miss shaped. Idk if she ever had experience or not but they should warn people before they ask for services! She didn’t even ask if I wanted them to be thinned or reshaped. To top it off she almost burned my skin with the wax. Hello you could wait a second or two to let cool.. Ugh I never felt so upset. I would rate this a place with no stars if I could! Don’t go here!

I had a hot stone massage today which was good and a pedicure after. The pedicure was absolutely horrible. The poor girl was very kind but it had to be the worst experience for me. The basic pedicure was a whopping $50 and I was brought into a open room that had two chairs and in front of one was a at home foot spa you can get for $20 at Walmart. It wasn’t plugged in and the water was warm. She said the jets didn’t work anyway. She directed me to a table with maybe ten colors and said that was what they had. She had to sit on a pillow and used a foot filer I have at home I bought for $5. She wasn’t able to remove anything. She even used a disposable filer and asked if I wanted it when she was done. Then she walked to the restroom and washed the foot bath in the sink. All I could think is I can’t believe I spending $50 on this. The owner should be ashamed of charging that much and providing the girl with a at home foot spa and ten nail colors. Will never go again and will tell everyone to stay far away. Thanks Jackie Therip for ruining my only day girls out away from kids and husband. You should so be ashamed!!

I had a nasty curled up knot of muscles in between my shoulder blade and spine and had went to doctors, chiropractors, and message thereapists without resolve. I was sceptic of accupuncture but went in any way as a last result. After 2 sessions the pain and tightness was gone. Very professional lady and would go back in a heartbeat.
