Bad time management. Jackie had too much clients on hand at the same time. She left me got bleached for 2 hours and a half (and this is the second round). Longest bleach ever. Not even smooth transition from the root and bleached hair. Used stuff and cut hair are everywhere. They changed dryer twice cause of burn smell. Wire crossed my lap! Finger in my face. Not returning. Just runaway. Should have stick to my old salon. Tried this one just because it’s closer to me.

They took me without an appointment but glad I called 1st to make sure they had time for a walk in. I got my haircut by Jackie herself. I’m happy that she sidnt take off more length than what I asked for which is what a lot of stylists do. She helped give advice about getting a keratin treatment and hair coloring. I showed her pictures and she helped explained how to achieve those colors and what’s realistic on my hair and not. I’m definitely going back to try the keratin treatment and get my hair colored. Her and the other stylist were very friendly

They did a great job in my hair twice, I got a strengthening Japanese treatment first and now I got full highlights. Both time I love the way my hair got. The highlights are so perfect, also the staff is very friendly, I love to have my hair done here, the price is very great for an excellent job.

Been going here for a few years. At 1st the man there did a great job as well as the female who used to work there. They’re no longer there unfortunately so Jackie’s been doing my hair, the 1st time was fine, however I’ve noticed since then she no longer has the love for cutting and styling hair. Last 3 times literally had to tell her to re-cut and style becus she carelessly chopped up the cut, then tried to rush me out, and basically didn’t care. Then huffed n puffed when I asked her to finish the edges properly and style correctly after chopping with no real care or finesse. Unfortunately I think she’s lost her passion for the job. The lady who washes hair tho is the best.

I was looking to cut my son’s hair prior to Christmas day. While on my way to the bank I saw Jackie’s Hair Salon. I called and they were able to give my son a last minute appointment on a Sunday. The place has very clean and the staff was very friendly. My son’s haircut looked great and natural. He received many compliments. 🙂

DO NOT GO HERE! Jackie and her assistants are terribly rude if you’re not Korean. I went in for a consultation to make sure all the good reviews were correct. The reviews are very wrong. They are cold and were completely making things up. They tried telling me the color I wanted (a dark brown to a light brown balayage) would take 4 times to bleach my hair. I’m not a hair expert here but I’m not stupid. And telling me it would cost a ridiculous amount. They don’t speak English and clearly didn’t want any other clients. Do not waste your time!!!
