In an industry where customer service, dedication to client satisfaction and kindness is a lost art it was refreshing to sit in Ms. Jackie’s chair. A braider that shampoos , conditions, and blows out your as part of your service is rarity in the DMV. All the stylists were warm, kind, and welcoming.
