I’ve been visiting here for years! Never let down. Some familiar faces and attentive staff. Jackie went back to Dominica when I visited last year! When I’ll visit after not being there for a while, I would prefer her to do my hair since she will remember the face of a long time customer and make sure everything is right… but everyone else is still good though.

I wanted a silk press trim a coloring and deep conditioning. I was very UPSET AND NOT PLEASED WITH MY HAIR A. I had to comb out my hair myself also I received not coloring no trim I came to relax and be pampered instead I left upset displeased and tired. I was told yes you can get all that you want and given the amount . After she was my hair she said oh no you can’t get a coloring come tomorrow. I’m not paying what she wants. Do NOT COME TO THIS. Don’t waste your time going here they are horrible they so rude they talk about you in Spanish. They pull your hair and move your neck so hard. The lady washed my hair it wasn’t clean at all I saw soapy water dripping from my hair when she was about to blow dryer it. The owners should train their 17 year old daughter to be a little more professional at all times, not when its convenient for her. When I enter she asked me what I needed done, told me the price was 10$ I gave her a 20$ bill as I wait for my change she walks away to the sink to sign me that she will be washing my hair, I’m still waiting for my change. I then tell her she forget to give me change. She then states we don’t have change. My thought: it would have been nice if you have said something then to assume I knew that and let me tell you its ok to not give me change. So while I wait on my 10$ change she proceeds to start washing my hair, now she is scratching my scalp as if she was trying to reach my skull HORRIBLE AND PAINFULL!!!! Now the whole time she’s doing this the young girl is on the phone (not a Bluetooth but a cordless phone from neck to ear) maybe this is why she wasn’t washing me correctly. Now as she is on the phone washing my hair she is getting shampoo and water everywhere my arms my eyes my clothes etc. She then catches an ATTITUDE speaking to other ladies in Spanish not knowing I UNDERSTAND Spanish (talking about me) when I say something to her! she then grabs another stylist to finish the job. I still didn’t get my 10$ till it was time to Leave. I use to come here all the time but after that experience I will not be back…
