Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueJack has been cutting my hair for a number of years at this point. I keep going back to him both because the haircuts are great and his customer service is outstanding. Every time I return, he asks how things were, what would I like to change, and he’s responded well to my feedback the few times I asked for something different. Jack has been cutting my hair for a number of years at this point. I keep going back to him both because the haircuts are great and his customer service is outstanding. Every time I return, he asks how things were, what would I like to change, and he’s responded well to my feedback the few times I asked for something different. Too often I was getting only one or the other at other barbers/stylists. He is extremely professional and meticulous. Jack is not only a artist in his profession, but is also a perfectionist. I’ve always been very pleased with the result (which I can’t say for other barbers).
