Absolutely love experience every time. Affordable, great environment, and very relaxing. Everyone does a good job, although I make appointments with Jack. If you are a first timer, please do not be afraid to speak up if something is not your liking or if you feel any discomfort. They will fix it and try to ensure you are comfortable.

1st of all when I walked in and sat down in the chair the lady who did my nails was rude. when she started doing my nails she was really aggressive and going way too fast to even make sure my nails even looked good. I asked for coffin shape and half of my nails were rounded and way to thick. I will never be coming back to this nail salon again.

I’ve been here for an hour and no one has even said hello to me. I’ve been coming here off and on for the last 14 years and they are hot and miss. They used to do a great job so I kept coming in spite of the attitude and rush jobs. Often feel like they are inconvenienced to take my money to do their job. History or not, I am done with this place.

I used to love this place, it’s been a few years but this time I was highly disappointed. I went to lay my things on the table and she grabbed my things for me and openly said “eww” I found this extremely rude, seeing as I never asked her to touch my things. Not only that they were running out of the color I wanted and instead of getting a new powder started dumping it over my nails making them indented and not smooth at all. They seemed to be friendly to their normal customers but stand offish and rude to new people who came in. I won’t be going back any time soon.

Got a mani/pedi before a wedding shower. The pedicure was good and still looks good, however, the manicure was awful! My cuticles are all messed up, and it looks like I painted them at home when I was in a hurry. Definitely not worth the money I paid for the service. I feel like they raised their prices since I went last? But either way… I am very disappointed with my manicure. The lady was also kind of rude and kept telling me harshly when to take my feet in and out of the water. If I didn’t have my feet placed the way she wanted them. She grab me tightly and move it. Not very professional
