Great service and my child’s hair looks great every time, BUT… deducted a star for not listening to us and insisting on putting on cartoons when we said NO TV FOR OUR CHILD. I believe the stylist may have been Spanish speaking but still not cool when you’re blatantly disrespecting a parent’s wishes.

Great staff, tried hard to fit us even when we came late. Worked hard to get the job done on a very uncooperative 4 year old boy. Super friendly for small kids. Lots of fun features for the little ones for the cut and the wait. Just slightly pricey, but well worth it if you can afford it. Also a little hard to find until you know where it is.

I have always had an excellent experience at Jack and Jill. I have taken my 3.5 y.o. son there since his first haircut at 1 y.o. and go with my wife, my mother and even my sister sometimes! It’s a great family atmosphere, staff is professional, courteous, quick and friendly. Great place to go if your kid hates haircuts or if you want them to like going–as my son does!

We’ve been coming here for about four years, it started when my youngest just would not tolerate a haircut and would kick and scream if anyone tried to cut his hair. The staff at Jack and Jill were amazing with him, so patient and friendly, we never stopped going. It is more expensive then a commercial chain salon, but my husband and I have had horrible haircuts from those places that taught us ‘you get what you pay for.’ Location is good, staff are super friendly and my boys love being entertained while they get a haircut.

Very clean. The kids look great after there cuts. The are sanitizing and only allowing one appointment at a time inside you have to sit in your car till you get call to come in for your appointment it work great for us.
