Since 2004, Jack & Jill Children’s Salon is the only full-service hair salon exclusively dedicated to kids and tweens in Colorado. From bobs and up-dos to buzz cuts and faux hawks, we do it all. Our talented Style Squad continuously educates themselves on the latest trends. Realizing you are never too young to pamper yourself, our menu also includes kid-friendly spa services that are conducted in our posh spa area complete with a pedicure pit and manicure stations. We also offer glamour-packed themed parties. Finally, our in-store boutique provides hair products, accessories, jewelry and gifts for both girls and boys.

It is sad to see someone aggressively attack a small business in these times when they don’t get what they want. We have been coming to Jack and Jill for over 5 years with our 2 boys and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Valerie did wonders to my daughter’s hair, she went above and beyond to make her comfortable. My little one is three, and she hates brushing her hair. Not only Valerie untangled the mess my girl had, but she gave my little one a proper haircut and a little side braid. Definitely will come back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was a loyal customer to this place for 3 years- took both my kids (5 and 3 years old), to get their hair cut- and the last couple times I went, I didnt have the greatest experiences. They weren’t ready to start cutting my son’s hair on time, even though they make it very clear about how necessary it is that YOU are on time to the appointment. I’m talking 10-15 minutes late from when the hair cut should have started with no acknowledgement or apology, and my son has special needs so it’s even harder for him to sit still and wait. I let that slide and continued to schedule hair cuts there. But then yesterday, I scheduled an 1120 hair cut appointment for my son. I drove across town to get there on time, since we don’t live very close, and we stood outside of the salon and waited for someone to come out and get us (due to Covid policies). 10 minutes after his haircut should have began, an employee stepped out and let another mom and daughter who were waiting outside come in, and then she turned to me and asked me if my son was Henry, which I said yes to. She said “Did you not get the call about the cancellation? Oh, she didn’t call you? The lady who was supposed to cut his hair called out today and I can’t fit him in today because I’m completely booked. Sorry.” Are you kidding me??? How rude and unprofessional- this is UNACCEPTABLE. 1) No, I never recieved a call, and 2) She should have fit him in regardless of whether she was booked, because that would have been the RIGHT THING to do. I was so upset, and I will definitely never be returning. I encourage others to not go either. N.B.: I cannot review the quality of their service since we were turned away for not having masks. Even though the indoor mask mandate has been lifted AND the other Jack and Jill location does not require masks, this location does, including for your child. Even more outrageous is the fact that despite requiring masks, they do not have one to offer you. Instead, they will encourage you to cross the street and go buy one. Ridiculous.

Just awful like last person said I had the same experience and was out extra money. Just go anywhere else. Read all owners responses to poor reviews it is obvious what kind of company they are. Case and point. Posting someone’s first and name is against Google’s review policies. Owner’s did not try to fix situation or even just apologize for the bad haircut, I also did not ask them to pay for another salon’s cut, I asked to refund my money for the horrible job they did, because why should they get money for doing a terrible job.
