I’ve gone to Jack and Jenny’s off and on for several years now. whenever I go the price is always different. I always get a fill in and a pedicure, the same pedicure each time and the price is always different. the prices are not consistent and I get the same services every time I go, other than maybe a cut down on my nails. the pedicure menu that they give you lists the different pedicures- I always get the same one and the price never includes the Polish so the price you see is never what you pay. they always add extra for the Polish. the price on the list should include The Polish. No offense, but don’t get the older man to do your pedicure-he is very slow, can’t see, and doesn’t do a good job. Was very sad that Eric and Kim moved-they were the best there. many times a couple of my nails are crooked so I have to file them to fix when I get home. If I’m paying close to 100 for my services, I should not have to fix anything at home! Keep prices consistent!!!

The owner did my nails and couldn’t even do hearts designs right. The other techs there do a better job than her. Plus she kept talking to the man beside her I’m sure it was about me. Her attitude and skills are wack as her outfit. The lady beside me got cut down and fill in same as me but was charged 38.She over charged me for the same thing was it bc I’m black? Ihope it was worth it bc she just los customer.

Ive been going to Jack and Jenny for years. Today I had an unpleasant experience. The lady technician was very rude. She did not speak. She had an attitude the whole time. She even got up while my nails were drying and started sweeping the floor. She never gave me a ticket. I eventually got up and went to the register. I’m not going back!!

Update: I went to Jack and Jenny’s today, June 12, 2020 and I am sharing my experience with you since they do not tell you when you walk in that prices have gone sky high; I asked for clear nail polish on my toes but when I checked out the cashier charged me $15 extra for Gel polish plus regular $41 for service, facial wax $17, and $18 for a plain manicure with clear polish, TOTAL $94 not including tip. I used to pay about $70.
