First of all they give you the best experience possible and I’m gonna tell you why first they cut your hair then they you got a hot towel and then they gave you something like a back massage it was so comfy in the chairs they are perfect they’re not uncomfortable like great clips honestly if you had a choice I would pick this place they’re nice and it comes with content they tell stories and there’s TV shout out to Maria

3 stars because we’ll try again for a better experience but ask for someone else. We walked in for our appointment, both hairdressers were sitting and barely acknowledged us…I asked if she had experience with curly hair, she said “we cut all types of hair”, but I wanted to know about her experience specifically, she says yes. I showed her pictures of hairstyle examples and said no less than 3 times that we would like to leave the curls intact. Proceeds to ask my nephew to brush out his own hair because she doesn’t want to hurt him then uses just a clipper all over his head. I had to stop her and suggest to please try cutting the curls individually without brushing them out. I was torn to not ask her to please just stop. We may as well have tried Supercuts/Great Clips. Had she said she didn’t understand curly hair I would have left 5 stars for honesty.
