My son is Autistic and LOATHES haircuts usually. This was our 3rd visit and he jumped right into the chair and sat to watch the tv. Our stylist was amazing and patient with him and didn’t try to use clippers on him since he hates them. This has made haircuts a joy instead of a traumatic event. He likes it so much we started bringing our daughter too.

Just got off the phone from calling to book an appt. for my two year olds first haircut and it was an awful first impression. Will not be fulfilling my kids haircut here.. since it is his first haircut I just had a couple quick questions but was cut off and was told they were very busy and as I tried to apologize/say I’ll call back later I was hung up on. Overall just a super rude interaction, zero phone etiquette, and made me feel ick about moving forward with the services. Super bummed cos I had read some really great reviews but the lack of professionalism within that phone call just doesn’t sit right with me.

Took our 15 month old here for his first haircut outside the house. The hairdresser did a great job with him moving around and was gentle. She worked around him, never held his head down, and she was quick! Now he looks like a charming little boy. The toddler chairs are so cute and there was a lot of things there to hold his attention. Super cute and would come again.
