Jen is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her knowledge of anatomy, movement and massage techniques have helped me out of numerous aches and pains. I would literally be in a world of hurt without her. Don’t be mistaken, this is not a relaxing spa treatment. You will be an active participant – and it might hurt. But it’s for your own good. She’s gotten me out of tight bands, crinked neck issues, and run of the mill muscle spasms. She is down to earth, fun to talk to, and an expert massage therapist. I feel lucky each time I score a spot on her schedule.
