Went for a blowout based on good reviews. They took my daughter earlier than expected. The blow out was quick but the tools used burned and singed her hair. She left with it smelling burnt. There were odd dents because they used a flat iron to add curls??? When we paid for service, I charged the card and used cash for tip but I forgot to tip the washer and she let me know. Said I washed her hair….that was rude. Not going back again.

Asked for caramel highlights and they literally insisted on doing a balayage so I figured a salon professional would know best. I am now completely yellow blonde and I would like to absorb into the atmosphere and never be seen with my hair like this again. Never coming back and just needed to let everyone know that this place is terrible.
