I’ve been going to this nail shop for over two years but after today I would not recommend. I was told that they are under new management and it shows. The lady who did my dip-manicure seemed lost even when taking payment from individuals. She wasn’t sure of what product to use and less than 12 hours later my nail has broken and the polish chipped on several nails. I am so disappointed and will not even return for them to fix it. I’d rather go to a shop closer to my house.

The staff here is always kind, they are very sanitary, they are up to date on covid-19 protocols. So far all nail techs that have serviced my nails have been skilled. They are willing to take corrections without resistance (you know what I’m talking about; some techs may give you an attitude if you point out the inside of your nail isn’t getting polished ) I’m always satisfied here. They are pretty swift too. One critique, I do think they need at least one stronger English speaking staff member at every shift.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis is my 3rd visit and unlike my first visit (which was perfect) the last 2 visits have been totally problematic first off I told the lady I didn’t want the woman in first chair but they gave her to me anyway she ruined my REAL NAILZ even after I showed her the shape of nailz I’d prefer she still rushed and gave me THIS! Nails were terrible. Horrible prices. They changed the entire staff and the pricing. My paint job was not good after I left the salon my acrylic literally just chipped off the same week I got them done. I’m so mad and I’m never coming back here again. Most disappointed I’ve been getting my nails done here. I used to come here all the time and it’s just horrible now.

My nails were recently done by Chris. They were cut too short and he handle me roughly and not as a customer. I had to come back to the salon since he didn’t service me right. My no chip nail polish came up. That has never happened before. Chris didn’t redo it-May did. She made sure my nail polish didn’t come up after a few hours. I would recommend to get your nails done by the ladies in the shop and not by him. He seems only to care about how many people he can service quickly (money) rather than doing a great job with the number of people he can service.
