I am very disappointed! Mani/Pedi is an expensive treat for me and the Prima Donna that worked on me was horrible!! She was snotty and she acted as though she was way above working on me! I normally tip very well….today I DIDN’T! I miss Jimmy! Pedicure, Manicure

I took my niece to get her nails done for the first time today. I made an appointment because I don’t live near this salon. I arrived on time. Was promptly greeted and seated. Our nails look nice, but my niece was done in 15 minutes and my drying time took longer than it took to do my nails . I wouldn’t even bother to rate since the nails are cute but for the price I paid for regular nail polish and a quick in and out manicure, it was not worth it. I definitely felt like just a dollar sign to these girls today. I’m not sure I convinced my niece that this is the fun thing to do to pamper yourself.

Ive been coming here for years, and when i first started, it wasn’t too fantastic here, but they’ve really improved with everything. I have tried out multiple salons, but always end up coming back here. Very clean, nice technicians, and high quality products. Pricing has gone up, but it is worth it for good services. They always seem to squeeze me in and you can almost always get an appointment, even an hour beforehand. 10/10 recommend.

Critical: QualityI have given this business the benefit of the doubt so so many times. i got my nails done last week, loved them. Sadly, two had paint tear off, and one cracked. I went in yesterday to get them fixed, they glued the one that broke back together, and did a poor job on painting the others over. The following day (today), I have 2 broken nails(not including the broken one from before), and the broken nail from before is holding on for dear life. I have left this place so many times with poor nails, but great nails as well. I have given this business the benefit of the doubt so so many times. i got my nails done last week, loved them. Sadly, two had paint tear off, and one cracked. I went in yesterday to get them fixed, they glued the one that broke back together, and did a poor job on painting the others over.
