I stopped here thinking I may get turned away since it was getting close to closing time, but Dory was ready to help me. Penny was also there helping another customer, but they both were so much fun, friendly and easy to talk to. Dory did my Pedicure and I was so impressed by the ease of conversation and how comfortable they both made me feel in the shop. 10/10 customer service and she paid special attention to make my feet beautiful again. I will definitely be back.

I haven’t had a pedicure in nearly a year. The last thing a nail tech needs to tell me is “you have too much skin.” If my feet were perfect why would I need their service in the first place? Victoria seemed aggravated, didn’t take her time & kept looking at the clock. More than likely today was my last visit. Was tempted to walk out before the lackluster service was done. I’m sure I (you) can find better service elsewhere. Not to mention I was charged an additional $3 to get my finger nails buffed & shined. Is that not included in a manicure?

Horrible experience, got my acrylics done here and it was just okay, then I when I went to get them removed an older woman (not sure who) simply popped them off with another unused acrylic nail (not even a real tool?) without soaking or doing anything first. It hurt so bad and I was too shocked to say anything, I thought maybe she would soak them after but she never did instead she aggressively filed them which also hurt me, ripping my skin. Once again I thought after this she would soak my nails but never did. She ruined my nails and I will never be returning, this woman should lose her license . Don’t go here ever!!

This was the worst experience in a nail salon that I have ever had. They didn’t listen to anything we asked and they had to be told multiple times what we wanted and made very rude comments about my appearance. I could have gave myself a better pedicure at home then what I got. The lady was nice at first but then when we told them what was wrong and that we were leaving they had no care in the world and just let us walk out. I was 100% dissatisfied with my experience.

I just had the worst experience at this nail salon. I arrived when they first opened so I I was the first customer. The older lady with glasses did my pedicure and boy does this woman have shaky hands!! She spent absolutely no time actually cleaning my nail beds and she has no eye for smoothness. When she finished my pedicure it looked like my 3 year old daughter did it!! After I explained to her how dissatisfied I was and asked if this was her best work , she offered to do them over…her 2nd attempt was just as lowsy as the first!! It’s time to retire.

When I’m in town, I won’t go anywhere else for my nails. They are so friendly, the prices are, to me, competitive, and they do an excellent job. The other 5-star reviews are definitely accurate. Can’t wait to come back and have my nails done over the summer.
