I swear by this salon and have been going there for several years. Everyone is so kind and welcoming every time I come. Lynn does my nails and takes her time applying, shaping, and polishing. They are sturdy, durable, and last me a month even with working my hands on job. Their salon is clean, tidy, and comfortable. They have high quality supplies, polish, and gel. Their prices are also amazing for the supplies and job they do. I will never go to another salon because I have only had phenomenal experience here. 100% worth every penny.

What a wonderful place! Walked in to a beautiful salon with peaceful music playing. Was greeted immediately by the staff. The pedicure was wonderful and the polish was perfect! They used sterilized tools which is a hard thing to find!! Will definitely be back for my nails and more pedicures! Pedicure

Worst experience ever!!!!! I had to leave review after this place left my with the worst mid day anxiety ever!!!! I simply wanted a pedicure and left with a half finished job. I left in tears and ran out the shop crying to my car after the staff there accused me of not paying. Not only did I pay, but I paid twice!!!!!!!!! I paid in cash after they charged my debit card $63 dollars for a pedicure that was incomplete. I did request to have paraffin wax dip at the end of service which I did not receive and dhe told me thst it would be an extra $5 on top of my $48 pedicure. So why was my card charged $63?!? Needless to say they didn’t even tell me the total cost and I only found out once my card was charged and the msn in the shop td me “you don’t have no money, do you have another card?! Not only is this extremely rude and offensive my card was indeed charged snd I showed them immediately my account and the charge the showed jts nails and the $63. The man changed his tune then to say the internet was slow. Then before service wad complete approach me to say I never paid so I paid in cash due yo the intense harassment and intimidation from staff. I didn’t want any problems and at that point no longer wanted anything to do with this place. I tried to leave after paying in cash $60 she said I owed $63. I not only informed them that I paid twice snd my service was not even completed!!!! They then pushed my physically into a chair and said ok ok I’ll finish but never did. Instead she came over I assume out of guilt for the wrong doing and gave me half my money back and apologized. Not even ten seconds later she came and took the money back and said I owe. At this point my anxiety was thru the roof and I told her I don’t feel safe here and wanted to leave as all the staff surrounded me. Not only was this a horrible experience I was out of $123 dollars and have an incomplete pedicure and was treated less than humane. I am visiting here from out of town and I will report this business sion as I settle back home. I feel scammed and intimidated out of my money. I have never dealt with anything like this in my life it made me so sad and I don’t feel safe visiting shops due to this incident.

I have such thin nail beds and these ladies are so experienced that that even when my whole toenail falls off (yes I know, gross) they turn my feet into open-toe shoes ready. They’re English is good also and that matters when you want to express exactly what you want. The skill that I love the most about JTs nails, is the shape. Lynn is the best I’ve ever had.
