Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThis was my first time visiting this nail salon since I’m new to Leavenworth. The staff is really nice but honestly nothing was cleaned or new that was used to do my nails or toes. The gel paint job on my toes is probably the worst I’ve ever had done. Same with my nails. I came in for a full new set and pedicure and paid $110. My nails started lifting and getting caught on my hair 2 days after and now it’s been a week and ALL of them are lifting and catching my hair. I’ve never felt the want or need to ask for a refund until now. Like I’m honestly extremely dissatisfied with this place. This was my first time visiting this nail salon since I’m new to Leavenworth. The staff is really nice but honestly nothing was cleaned or new that was used to do my nails or toes. The gel paint job on my toes is probably the worst I’ve ever had done. Same with my nails. I came in for a full new set and pedicure and paid $110. Critical: CleanlinessThe person did not clean up the previous customers nail clippings/ dust before doing my nails. Used the same towel as the previous customer. That really disgusted me. Also I put a tip down and my card was charged for 7 dollars more than what my total was including the tip I left? The person did not clean up the previous customers nail clippings/ dust before doing my nails. Used the same towel as the previous customer. That really disgusted me. Also I put a tip down and my card was charged for 7 dollars more than what my total was including the tip I left? The staff was friendly but that alone would not be enough for me to return.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityAbsolutely will NOT ever be going back!! I decided to try this place for the first time and literally left in tears. I made an appointment and showed up 15 mins early then they had a regular customer walk in at 5 mins till my appointment and they took her directly back but left me sitting there then did not listen to a single thing I asked them to do with my nails I asked for square they are round, instead of shaving off the broken parts they glued them back to my nail which didn’t do anything except put glue on my nail and then burn the end of my thumb after I warned him it was getting hot. I refuse to pay for this type of service and I refuse to be treated this way. You want to make a profit maybe listen to your customers. If I could give the person a rating it would be zero the man who came over to ask what was going on was so nice and very polite but the older gentleman who did my nails was not and did not care to hear what I said when it came to what I asked for he simply did whatever he wanted to do.Service: Acrylic nailsAbsolutely will NOT ever be going back!! Absolutely will NOT ever be going back!! I decided to try this place for the first time and literally left in tears.
