I can’t say enough about Joanne!!! I started by getting my lashes lifted (which was the first time). Due to my pregnancy hormones, which I later looked into, the process didn’t work well for me. Joanne was disappointed in the results as well and offered me a discount. After going home, and looking more at my lashes, I was not happy either. I reached out and without hesitation, she told me to come back in for lash extensions. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! They look amazing. Joanne is super professional and completely rectified the situation! It’s only been a few days but so far, so good! I purchased the lash cleaner she recommended as well. In the past, extensions often felt awkward but I cannot feel a thing with these on! Super excited to see how long they last. I have already recommended two friends to go see Joanne ASAP.
