I had an amazing first experience at J spa. First off, the atmosphere is warm, comfortable and quiet; I felt at ease right away. My practitioner, Micayla was incredible. I came to her for my lip injections and she exceeded all expectations. She walked me through the experience from start to finish and answered all my questions. She took her time to create a look that was appropriate for my face and listened to what I wanted. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and walked me through all the after care instructions. My lips turned out absolutely beautiful and natural; exactly what I wanted. I just got my lip fillers done by Trish. I was nervous because I’ve only ever let Dr. Jacono touch my face, but the staff reassured me and they were right. She is so sweet and personable and made me feel comfortable in my decision. I love that she made sure I was numb so the procedure would be tolerable for me. I definitely recommend her.

I saw Micayla to have my lips done (Juvederm) and I was blown away by the location and staff. Very beautiful, friendly and warm environment throughout the entire office and Micayla was a dream. So helpful and patient. She talked me through any of the pain I felt, made me feel super comfortable and listened to what I wanted with my lips…She is a pro! I am so happy with the final outcome (they’re perfect and natural) and will definitely be back again. Thank you!!!

With the exception of Maureen, the rest of the staff couldn’t even get my name right. Anne sounds nothing like my name. Secondly, again with the exception of Maureen, the staff wasn’t very friendly with me over the phone and neglected to tell me that the doctor was in surgery and that I needed to reschedule because I wasn’t able to come in earlier. Joyce was the person who spoke to me the other day and I felt like she couldn’t be bothered enough to tell me otherwise. 0/10 for service. I’d give them no stars if that was an option.

I had Ultherapy done on my neck, big mistake. I thought it would be Dr J got a big surprise to find out it was someone else. I had a horrible experience was swollen and black did blue for days. Every time I would ask to speak to the Dr. I got the run around. I looked better before the procedure. Very unprofessional. Unfortunate for me and my wallet. Choose carefully.

Scam scam scam please don’t go there for fillers they charge your twice a amount for the service and that don’t even know what they’re doing. I got lip and under eye fillers and this lady she filled all the fillers on my cheeks and when she was giving me lip filler she made one side bigger than the other on my bottom lips. Please don’t do there do your research and look for professional people. When I went back to her then she was saying let’s look at you before and after then her self she couldn’t find difference and ask me to purchase more fillers please guys don’t go here.
