I left in tears. I asked the girl doing my nails to fix certain parts of the nail & she smacked my hand out of the way. She kept saying to put another coat and they looked huge at the end. So so so disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

When I thought I was treating my wife to a nice manicure and gel set she came back home in tears app after learning that this facility is very unsanitary and developed a fundius underneath her fingered nail beds. These people are very rude and have no customer service they darn near yell at you. Not to mention the infestation of issue of roaches and there are mice droppings everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my ex wife wife or crazy ex mother in law or even my worst enemy. Even if this place went under new management I would not even want to walk past the building because I would have flashbacks of seeing my wife cry because of the fungus that developed under her nails and now she has to pay out of pocket to get her nails treated by a true professional.

The floor and hair tools are not cleaned after each person. The hairdresser was impatient from the start. He wouldn’t even look at me when I was trying to explain how I wanted my hair cut like he didn’t care. There was no one else in the store that needed a haircut yet my haircut was rushed and my hair was snagged and pulled roughly. Then he was very upset and rude when I let him know that I wanted my hair shorter. It was a bad experience that no customer should have to go through and I will not come here again.

They do not clean their tools and equipment. She pulled a bucket of tools from somewhere and now I have fungus and a nail that broke halfway down my toe. license and inspection need to evaluate them asap! They have the equipment to clean tools but they clearly don’t use it. They do hair but there is no barbacide anywhere…dude dropped the comb on the nasty floor and kept combing her hair with it. They really are disgusting…never again

I came here a few times and I was pleased with the quality of service. Which is why I continue to come back. But today was a different experience. I went in for a pedicure & manicure. I told the nail tech not to be ruff on my feet and please do not dig into my skin when cutting my cuticles. She cut & pulled the sides of my big toes anyway. I had to stop her a few times. Left my toes in pain. And when she scrubbed my feet she did a horrible job. My feet was burning & aching. I had to leave my shoes off because my feet was hurting. During the manicure she was also ruff. When trying to correct her she told me she knows what she’s doing. Apparently she don’t!!! I left the salon a few of my fingers was in pain because she cut to deep. Also the shop wasn’t that clean. I’m was disappointed with the service & the attitude that was displayed. I can take my business somewhere else. PS please do not let them do your eyebrows you will regret it!!!

I almost got into a physical fight with the male owner he got in my face and yelled at me to hurry up and stop asking the nail tech for “ all this stuff “ … I asked for coffin shape on extended nails … I sat an hour before anyone even took me.. then had the nerve to rush me to get out her chair.. he is super aggressive, disrespectful, and went around the shop yelling at all the nail tech to hurry getting smart with customer to stop asking for specifics so they can finish … my cuticle we burned and sore and the work is poor. It’s filthy and unsanitary in there dirty towels and rag laying around. Don’t waste your time!

Because it is a walk in salon you can wait and that can be annoying. I have been going to him for 9 years and drive 1 1/2 hrs to get there. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I went I waited for 15 minutes turned around the leave, then the owner Jason ran out after me, asked what I needed done. I said I needed a polish change. He tried to get to me get a refill when my nails are my real nails. I said no just a polish change and to fox my broken nail. My nail technician tried to get me to do a refill I told her no just a polish change and to add a nail to the one that was broken. She grabbed at my hands. And started to drill off the paint was getting to close to my skin on multiple nails. Then won’t pulling and yanking my hands or pushing them away. When she wanted to change hands, rude , spoke in her language clearly showing she was annoyed and had an attitude. She almost got Smacked a couple of times. Doesn’t know how to polish at All . Then tried to say I need my eyebrows done and tried to press the issue. horrible even the owner Jason had an attitude will not be going back. Worst business ever!!!!
