I’ve been getting my hair cut with Rosy for about a year now & finally got the courage to get my hair dyed there with her & I’m so happy with how it turned out! I’ve never dyed my hair before so I wanted something a little more subtle & I was really nervous about it but she did such a good job & was so patient. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFirstly I want to mention how warm and welcoming Jessie was, I have never felt so comfortable in a hair salon, but I feel like I found my new go to spot.I got overall color to cover my greys, hair cut and keratin treatment. This was the first time I’ve ever received a keratin treatment before and I am extremely happy with my results. Jessie was very kind and explained the whole process and eased my nerves about the flat ironing part of the process. I have naturally curly hair and I didn’t want to loose my curls but she explained that that would not be the case.It been a few days now and I’ve washed my hair since and it has never been this smooth.Jessie was so easy to talk to and heard me out anytime I would ask a question about my cut, color or even to ask if she thought my scalp looked healthy. I went hear to get my hair dyed and they burnt all my scalp. I called and asked how much it would be to get my hair platinum blonde they said 175 so I set up my appointment and went. On our phone conversation she had told me it would take five hours I dont know if that’s normal or not but her credit she was very sweet and so where the people. Every thing was going smooth up until they applied the bleach and toner to my scalp. My scalp felt like it was on fire but since I had little experience with dying hair I thought it was normal .I’m sure as she was styling my hair she could see the damage she had done and tried her best to cover it up. After she had finished every looked good to me so It came time to pay and they charged me 295 instead of 175. I was mad but I was happy with the color so I paid it wasn’t until I got home that I could feel puse and scabs all over. I’m a very kind person I don’t write this with anger I just feel scammed since I overpaid to get my scalp burned. I’m 22 I just wanted come cool hair an now I have to worry about my hair falling out and how I’m going to repair my scalp. The lady who did my hair was very kind and sweet but maybe try going to professionals guys.
