Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI thought long and hard before posting this review but it’s appropriate. I had an appointment at 5:30 with Janeth, I arrived at 4:45 because I had a few nails I wanted to soak off. Someone was in her chair at the time, she knew I was her 5:30. My nails were soaked off by 5:34. She proceeded to do a 45 minute design on the person in her chair knowing I was waiting. I told her I had to pick up my dog at 7:15 so if she couldn’t do my nails I would reschedule. Janeth rushed through my nails, considering the time it was a decent job but nowhere near the quality on their IG etc. When I asked if she could finish my French design after I got my dog she said that’s a 30 minute wait and she wasn’t going to be able to do that. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time but she literally laughed at me asking if she could wait 30 minutes.Also there’s no consistency in pricing. My first time here Sonia did my fill in with a 10 finger design ($77), this time with Janeth a full set acrylic with soak off and French hand painted ($82). They do great work but the customer service needs ALOT of work, especially with these prices.For you ladies this may just be a day at work but you’re impacting someone’s appearance for 2-3 weeks. That’s vacations, work, etc. Deliver the service you’re charging for and be reasonable with the appointments you accept if you can’t respect people’s time.Service: Acrylic nailsI thought long and hard before posting this review but it’s appropriate. Critical: Quality, ValueI went to this place for the first time on Monday 11/2 because I know they are known for their “nail designs.” I get a gel manicure regularly which costs me $25 from my other nail salon. I came here for fall decoration. Was first quoted $65 dollars for two chrome nails, one matte nail and 2 encapsulated nails with leaves.No tips my own nails with GEL PAINT. Although i thought that price was ridiculous, I stuck with it. My nails came out nice. Nothing excellent. Got up to the cash register and somehow it became $76 , then when I questioned it , $72. Icing on the cake, it is now Wednesday 2 days later 11/4 and there is a big chunk of paint chipped from the Chrome. This place is a rip off and they should be ashamed to charge with tip what cost $94.00 for a gel manicure with design. This place is a joke. I came here for fall decoration. Was first quoted $65 dollars for two chrome nails, one matte nail and 2 encapsulated nails with leaves.No tips my own nails with GEL PAINT. They treat there Spanish speaking customers way better and they don’t over charge them at all! My price was different than the Spanish Customer that came in! Ok so now move today! My friend stated that there was only one customer in the shop so I called to do a walk In and the the person on the phone stated that they do walk in’s but I would have to call I an appointment they was basic busy! But there was no one in the shop my friend was looking at the business while I was on the phone with the shop!
