Beautiful haircut by a beautiful person. I usually dread the small talk that takes place during a haircut, but Jen was very intelligent (and woke af ), making for a deep and meaningful conversation. I went in for a rose gold summer ‘do, and walked out with the most beautiful colour melt, which perfectly complimented my naturally red hair. Job well done! I’ll be back for sure.

I always feel like I’m royalty. It doesn’t matter if I’m calling or entering the shop Jen always greets me with an excited welcoming personal address. She really makes you feel like family. She takes personal interest and care to make sure she is understanding what exactly you are looking for. She knows what she’s doing. She has always found the right product that works for me ( even if it not the one that she would profit most from). You’d be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else.

Positive: ProfessionalismLove love love this place. I am a student and came in with already done eyelashes and she filled them no problem! Critical: ProfessionalismI booked Jenny to come to our home to do haircuts for myself, my husband, and my son, but when I called to ask a few questions she informed me that she isn’t doing on location cuts so I had to cancel (even though the booking shows my address and confirms it as the location). I was then informed that I’ll be charged a 55% ?!?! fee for canceling. When I explained that my email showed my address for the location of service, she said there was nothing she could do and that it was an automated system. I booked Jenny to come to our home to do haircuts for myself, my husband, and my son, but when I called to ask a few questions she informed me that she isn’t doing on location cuts so I had to cancel (even though the booking shows my address and confirms it as the location). Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m really not the type of person to complain but I went here for eyelash extensions and I totally regret it. At first, Jenny was super nice and we had really good conversations. She talked about how nicely done my previous extensions were from my past eyelash tech (moved out of state so that’s the only reason I don’t go to my previous eyelash tech anymore) which is why she agreed to do a fill instead of a whole set. I would’ve been completely fine with a whole set if she felt that was best but she felt confident in doing a fill instead (which somehow i still paid $80 for even though it was only 2 weeks since my last appointment and she spent half an hour filling in lol). She didn’t do things that my previous eyelash tech did. She never brushed through my lashes before or after the application and she didn’t use the pad that goes underneath the bottom lashes. I thought “well maybe it’s just different preference of application” but after talking to my previously eyelash tech, I realized it was just poor application. At first glance, they seemed fine. After being home for a few hours, I noticed eyelashes were falling out left and right which made me take an even closer look at the extensions. Some extensions weren’t even stuck to my actual eyelash but on my EYE LID, multiple lashes stuck together, I could see the extension glue, etc. I called Jenny the next morning and told her the problems that I was having. She went from blaming me and then to blaming my previous eyelash tech (remember, she said nothing but positive things about my previous tech’s work) and had the biggest attitude. She did offer for me to come back so she fix them, but I personally didn’t feel comfortable with her touching my eyelashes again. I asked if I could have a refund and she said no because of the time and resources which I totally understand so no harsh feelings about that. But I’m extremely upset over how she treated me when i discussed the issues i had with her work. Honestly, had she been even the slightest bit compassionate and didn’t try to make excuses for just poor quality extensions and have an attitude I probably wouldn’t even be leaving a review. I just wouldn’t return and never recommend her.TLDR: don’t go here for eyelash extensions.
