Bought a Groupon to try this salon. Called 2 hours before appointment to reschedule – a suprise external inspection at work. They charge a15$ fee for not having 24-hr notice. Why didn’t you say this at booking? Really!? – are you a cardiology office or a hair salon? Called Groupon and got my money back.
