Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis place uses no sanitation whatsoever. During my pedicure, the girl reached over and grabbed the clippers from the chair that the previous customer was at. They were already open and ready to use, so I could tell that they had already been used on someone else. Never once saw her walk over to the sanitizing machine…all equipment was already laying around or grabbed from another station. She dug out my toe nails so deep, they were sore for days. Nail station was filthy and this was after the had been shut down for 6 weeks from Covid.Clearly, they did not spend one minute of their time off cleaning their salon. Steer clear of this place and spend your money at a salon that cares about their clients.This place uses no sanitation whatsoever. This place uses no sanitation whatsoever. During my pedicure, the girl reached over and grabbed the clippers from the chair that the previous customer was at. They were already open and ready to use, so I could tell that they had already been used on someone else. Went there yesterday to get my nails filled. Kim did my nails. The acrylic job is absolutely horrible. Its coming over the sides of my actual nail and cuticle and theres a hole in one. I woke up this morning and my fingers are so sore where she had cut me 6 times from moving the drill into my skin!! I like my paint colors I picked out but I can literally see the stoke marks. Anywhere else I have been they will do as many coats as it takes so you can’t see through the nail. She also messed up and ran my card for $66 when it was suppose to be $26. I understand those mistakes but she didnt catch it, I did. I live in Potosi and won’t be back. I thought I would give them a chance but I am horrified people actual continue to go there!

This place is awful. I would give zero stars if I could. The first time I went there about 6 months or so ago the job done was very sloppy. Today I decided that I would give them another chance since they are closer than other salons. But today was much worse. The man that did my nails was very rude. He did not say hello, or anything at all for that matter other than telling me, “chair #1.” He stayed on the phone by headset the entire time. Three of my nails were very crooked. When I asked him to fix them he tried to act as if he couldn’t tell, and then told me, “fix them later.” Later came as I was noticing the large yellow spots is my acrylic(most certainly wasn’t my natural nakl doing this). So I noticed him notice it after I told him I would just like clear polish over them, and because of the issues in my acrylic job he tried fairly hard to get me to pick a color instead. He could tell I was very frustrated, but I am too nice and just said I, “no, I just want clear, thanks.”. P.s. he tried very hard on avoiding fixing my crooked nails. Will definitely not be going back there. So unprofessional.

4 of us in our party had issues. My toe nail was dug out so far and so harshly it’s still bleeding. I didn’t receive my sugar scrub and after asking twice for it she claimed she used something else while I “was looking at the t.v.”. My friends polish is currently still see through because only one pass was done. My cousin asked for them to take off polish shed gotten on her skin and instead of nicely removing it with remover she cut it off with a clippers…the tip of her finger. And my cousins friend got told she couldn’t use certain colors bc she’s chip them. They don’t speak to you, just speak around you in another language. Not one person changed gloves when going from person to person and none of us saw any tools cleaned after or before use. I wouldn’t ever waste my time or money there again.

Paid $100 for 3 pedicures. Next day, paint coming off of 1, whole layer of gel polish on big toe fell off the other, and third person’s toe started bleeding because lady was too rough! Had to buy nail glue to fix. Absolute waste. Never had such a horrible experience.

Got a gel manicure, only lasted 3 days and it started chipping. This is the only place in Potosi to get your nails done. Visiting form out of town, would not go back if there was another option.
