I usually don’t give bad reviews for business if I don’t really need to. Went to this salon and had me gel manicure done and while the owner of the salon was doing the job I seen that it’s not being done the right way but I refused to say anything just yet. I go home and the next day my nail start getting chiped. Reached out to them and they offered me.to.go and fix it with no charge. I go there and ask her to do acrylic instead and she said yeah sure and I’m going to charge you extra $25 on top of the $35 she charged for the gel that chiped the next day. I was ok as long as my nails would be looking close to good, which never happened. So I spent $60 and the tip just so I can ha e terrible looking nails. Sorry but she should never do nails again.

The worst place I’ve ever been at.. got a pedicure and the lady cut my toe nails crooked. Asked to get a dip. Had to get what dip I had off and they scrapped it off .. I went here bc I called and the owner said they could do designs and for there and she couldn’t do any designs at all. My feet are still very rough and I have crooked toenails. DO NOT GO HERE!

Paid 35 for gel manicure, barely cleaned my own nails and did a half… job. First told me its was $30 for a full arms wax, then a customer came and she wanted to rush me so when we were in the room she said oh I thought you said half arm but full arms is $20 more. I did not care about the money but I did care about it being done all of the way through, so I kept pointing out the patches of hair that she is leaving out and she acted like she couldnt see them she did not even do the inside of the arms and I told her if want the FULL arms. Pedicures were horrific I got the most expensive one because I need a deep exfoliation I did not want any dead skin around my toes, kept speaking their language out of frustration everytime I would ask the lady to do something. If I am welling to pay $55 for a pedicure with regular color I should be happy at the end. Which really i was not. She trimmed my toe nails without asking me and they are all so crooked and bald! I hated it, I would not recommend this place at all.

Great place! I always have a pleasant experience. Techs are professional but easy to talk to! Very clam relaxing atmosphere. Very sanitary. They use a new plastic covering in the basin every time and brand new sterilized tools. They are very accommodating and they do beautiful work. They even make sure you like it before they send you off. Sometimes they are under staffed and you do have to wait a bit. They don’t want to turn anyone away so appointments are not held to a high regard and it is difficult to go with a group even if you do schedule it because walk ins will never be turned away.

The best nail salon in Newport Richey! Very clean and professional! The service is always excellent & the owner and staff are very accommodating. I call and let her know whenever I can come and she fits me right in. It’s my first stop when I get to our place in Florida as a little pamper date with my husband (he gets a pedicure followed by a 30 minute foot massage while I get my nails & toes done)

Got blue and black cross asked for black with skin tone cross. They said they couldn’t do it. I don’t see how that is possible. Won’t be back! The guy I worked with couldn’t hear or u understand any English not sure which.

Been going here for almost two years. It wasn’t because the staff and owner are friendly or give you a warm fuzzy feeling either. It was because the price was right. Went in yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and the owner asked if I wanted Gel polish. I said okay to give it a try. Went to pay and the owner says $50. I asked about the pricing and she said the manicure was $30 and pedicure was $20. I had no idea that I’d be upcharged $20 for a Gel polish. She wasn’t concerned that I wasn’t happy about it either. Very cold and not friendly. I can honestly say that Sophie and Lina are the nicest staff members. The rest of the staff aren’t friendly at all. The staff speaks their foreign language in front of customers and laugh often. They show no concern for the customers. I feel ripped off and I will NEVER step foot in the EVER again.

Have been here in past many times and been highly satisfied. This time on a Saturday there were only 2 technicians. Even though they weren’t busy it took 2 hours for a pedicure. It was a very messy job, and I think maybe this technician was new. I will come back, but was not happy with this visit.
