went for the first time because i have been trying to find a good place for my nails and toes. Went to get my prom nails and toes and justin out did himself even helped me figure out what would look best with my dress so nice and made sure to let me know what i was paying before he did anything. Place to very clean and organized just all around good vibes. 10/10 would recommend

They do a good job. I came in at 7pm as a walk-in and they stayed late for me. HOWEVER, I feel a little swindled. I asked for a full set with a manicure because my cuticles were in bad shape. I only received full set service but they still charged me $15 for the manicure that I did not receive.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo not waste your money on this place! From the service to the quality of the products used the place is not worth the time. I specifically asked for colored acrylic and was ignored and put on “shellac” (which I hate) he said it was better for “re fills” to which I answered “I don’t do re fills” and he ignored and went on with putting shellac. It has been 2 days since and there is black holes visible on nails, not to mention how horrible they came out even after i paid the extra money for the length and shape. I have NEVER been charged for the length on nails only for shape, regardless I decided if the nails where “great” that would not matter so I paid. I got a pedicure from them as well and it was just if not more disappointing, the lady who did it barely even scrubbed or even bothered to make sure the nails were cut the same shape and length (one toe was left squared the other round).Services: Pedicure, ManicureDo not waste your money on this place! I’ve gotten my nails done at several places in the valley and I’ve never been content with the outcome -the nails are always bumpy, not the same shape (I usually get coffin shape), the polish doesn’t last, or the nails don’t last and break off right away. JP nails is the first nail salon where the service is excellent, and the end result of my nails is beautiful, if I may honestly say so my nails are perfect! I’ve never been so happy with my new set! Thank you JP Nails and Spa for AMAZING customer service (I didn’t know what I wanted and they were patient helping me with color combinations etc). Hands down the best place to get your nails done, you won’t be disappointed!
