I paid over $1300 for extension yesterday and had them put in and Hannah was my stylist and completely botched my hair and no extensions are already falling out and flapping everywhere along with buldges of hair extensions together because she layered them 4 together! I had to go to another salon to have them fixed as she was too busy to fix her mess up!! I suggest no one goes to Hannah for extensions!

100% recommend this place! I have had a hard time finding someone that I found easy to talk to and who does a good job without spending a fortune! Bree did a fantastic job on my hair cut and color! I went here for the first time today & loved it! As soon as I went to check in, they asked right away if I wanted a snack or drink, which was the first time that’s ever happened to me at a salon. Everybody there was so nice! My appointment was with Morgan & she did a great job! I only went for a trim and wash, but still felt brand new afterwards. I highly recommend it here & can’t wait to continue getting my hair done here!

Caitlyn did such an amazing job on my facial. It had been years since my last facial, and she took the time to ask questions about my skin type and skincare routine, as well as any concerns I had, before a very relaxing session. I left with much improved skin! So hydrated and bright. She is awesome!

Honestly, I didn’t have a hair appointment here. I sought shelter from the recent storm passing here. The employees were so kind and compassionate, and all I wanted was to get out of the rain! They offered beverages multiple times in the short time I was there, and I think every staff member offered and checked in! Compassionate and welcoming environment. I appreciate their kindness!!

The salon is beautiful and in an easily accessable location in downtown New Albany. COVID procedures were followed perfectly with everyone I saw arriving. The whole team at J.Nicolle is awesome but we worked with Katie. She gave my daughter amazing service and was so attentive. This was my daughter’s first real salon experience and it exceeded her and my expectations. The cut is very cute and styled so nicely. My daughter hasn’t stopped looking at herself in the mirror since we got home. Thank you Katie and the staff at J.Nicolle we will be back for more services.

I just moved to the area and was really scared to have to go to a new stylist for my hair, as my previous stylist has been solely doing my hair for the past 5 years. As soon as I walked into the salon, everyone greeted me and seemed so excited for a new client. Which made me feel really confident and excited as well. Haley (I’m sorry if that’s the wrong spelling) was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, relatable, fun, skilled, and made a simple haircut into an entire experience. I got an appointment the same day I called and was able to be seen earlier than my appointment time! The salon was clean, organized, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. I’m excited to try the product samples I got and wear my new adorable hair clips. I’ll be back once my hair grows out more and hopefully convince my boyfriend to get a facial with me! 12/10 recommend.
