I have gone here for a long time. All of the ladies are excellent! Only problem was a long wait. Wish they would of told me about the wait. Would of came back later.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came to this place because my regular place that I scheduled and apmt with had me waiting 57 min before I walked out . I called J nails and asked if they could fit me in ASAP the gentleman who answered told me to walk right in. Even better masks are not required so that is a huge PLUS. They sat me right way and got started they even offered me something to drink and made sure my chair was comfortable for me. I was extremely wowed by them the prices are also cheaper then my regular spot. The actually work they did is also amazing the girl worked fast but made sure to get my pedi just right. This will be my new spot from now and on. I came to this place because my regular place that I scheduled and apmt with had me waiting 57 min before I walked out . I called J nails and asked if they could fit me in ASAP the gentleman who answered told me to walk right in. Even better masks are not required so that is a huge PLUS. I’ve been looking for a new nail home, after leaving a place I went to for three years. I’ve been to five other salons and not impressed. My two daughters and I walked in yesterday without appointments. It was clean, they were professional and they were so nice to my daughters as well as myself. I’m very picky when it comes to how my nails are done. She got it just right. Also, good prices for great services! My daughters and I will definitely be going back. ❤️

absolutely horrible customer service. I walked there since I live close and when I walked in and they told me 40 min wait time and so I should go to there other location since she said it wasn’t busy which Is about .75 mile away. So I walked there and when I got there it was closed and then I walked all the way back to the first one and when I got there she’s like “oh they were closed?” And I said yes and she told me to just sit down and wait yet another 30 minutes. It took me around 30 minutes to walk there and back and originally she had told me a 40 minute wait and when I walked back she said yet another 30 minute wait. At around 20 minutes this lady walked in and she asked for a mani and pedi and they told her to sit in the pedi chairs and they attended her right away so I walked out. I called my dad to pick me up and then the lady came out and offered me a water and told me just a little bit longer. I just walked home bc I was upset. I waited over an hour just for someone else to come in and get attended before me. Horrible service and will never go there again.

Went in to get a full set with dip and a lux pedi. There were two workers and a couple they were working on. Didn’t think it would take long and was just told to sit in any pedi chair. I waited for an entire hour. I didn’t get any colors to look at, no water to let my feet soak while waiting, not a single word was said to me about the wait, no one seemed to even care that I was waiting. I ended up walking out. This was the store number “2”. I found that out because when I left I went to store “1” I had a gift certificate and when I went to pay I was told I couldn’t use it because it was store “2”. They rushed my pedi. Burnt the hell out of my feet with the wax. I said it was too hot so please wait for the other foot. She didn’t understand me and still put my other foot in the boiling hot wax. My finger was cut from the file. Don’t get me wrong I love the way my nails and toes turned out but I’m so disappointed with the service!

The service was terrible it only took them 20 minutes to get done with me!! I paid $40 for 20 minutes of service!! I didn’t get the hot wax!! She went to the back got a towel wet threw in the microwave came back and laid it on my feet cold!! I didn’t get my nails filed down and the hole reason why I go to these places it’s because I’m on my feet all day and I just enjoy the massage!! Not this place!!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy 6yr old granddaughter was getting $10 finger nail package for her day out. They whisked her across from my daughter getting nails done. All of a sudden she was crying. Went over to her and they put too hot of towels on her and wouldn’t remove it. They did a pedicure instead of manicure. Then charged $25 even when it was stated the $10 manicure. She wanted Frozen and got pink polish w flower petals. When we told them it was all wrong the lady said me no understand you. Got a manicure & pedicure but not the best service. Everything was rushed and some customer got treated better than others. Only had the nail polish on my nails for 3 days because literally peels off. From the start they were painted fast and you could see where all the different coats started.

Got a fill and they tried to charge 3 dollars to trim down the nails. I had to remove the polish myself. I still had yellow polish underneath the fill. The chipped right away. The lady doing my nails had no customer service. I tried calling and was ignored. I will never go back again. Please beware and save yourself time and money. Actually I have when I visited on my Google maps and my Facebook messages ss and I can pull it up on my card. As far as professional I disagree. These nails are by far the most unprofessional work I have ever seen.I reached out by calling and messaging on Facebook. As far as having wealthy clients well good for you. Maybe treat all of your guest the same by not calling them liars! As I mentioned before the stylist did not remove the polish I did myself at the salon. She didn’t even attempt to remove it. I wonder why you treat some customers better than others???? But looking at your original review tells me all I need to know. Also why would I pay for an added on service if the service I was already receiving was trash?! Which I tried to tell the stylist. I will be sure to share this as many times as needed to everyone I know. So thank you!And not once have you tried to make it right. So as far as making sure everyone is happy, which customers? Just the ones you pick and choose.

I am VERY picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I finally found a nail salon where I left 100% happy! I had Lou do my nails and he KILLED it! He was so sweet and kept making sure during the process that I was happy with how my nails were turning out. I’ll definitely be back.
